By purchasing the course through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms.

These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000, India.

 

1. Orders, Payments and Delivery

1.1 Once you purchase a course, you will get the link to the course within a maximum of 24 hours (1 working day) of purchase. This timeline is to allow for variations in time zones across the globe. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to connect@eikam.in  

1.2 The course is available for lifetime. You can view it as many times as you want, for however long that you want so that the learning is reinforced.

1.3 The recorded courses may or may not come with any 1:1 interaction with the Course Instructors. This will be clearly specified in each of the course or workshop guidelines.
